For lovers of good food and convivial vacations, your campsite in the Charente-Maritime region has pulled out all the stops to welcome you to its bar-restaurant, the essential meeting point for gourmet dining and refreshing snacks.
A menu of fresh local produce
For lunch and dinner, come and sample our specialities based on local, seasonal produce: oysters from Oléron Pattedoie, mussels marinière, mussels with pineau des Charentes, fish of the day, home fries, risotto-gambas, squid with parsley sauce… As for meat, the chef offers matured entrecote steak, ribs… as well as Caesar salad, buratta salad, honey-roasted camembert…
When it comes to pizzas, you’ll be spoilt for choice between the “Fruits de mer”, the “Burger”, the “Maya”, the “Italian”, the “4 or 5 Cheese” or the “Reine” (Pizza from €10.90). Artisanal dough and quality products: the perfect marriage for a delicious pizza!
In our restaurant, we give priority to cooking with fresh produce, as well as to short circuits that promote thelocal economy on the Ile d’Oléron. At COUTIA, all dishes can be enjoyed on site (inside or on the terrace) or to take away.

At Coutia, we’re determined to make every visit to our restaurant a memorable one. That’s why we’ve taken it to heart to create a place that brings together young and old, vacationers and regulars, and invites you to share a simple, joyful moment in life.
The day begins at 8 a.m. with the enticing aroma of bread and pastries baked on the premises. In the dining room or on the terrace, our team serves breakfast in a friendly atmosphere. We then welcome you for lunch and dinner, as well as during the day to satisfy your hunger with our selection of gourmet snacks at any time of day (oysters, pancakes, waffles, ice cream sundaes, etc.). You can also take advantage of our free wifi in the dining room and on the terrace.
We also have a grocery store with a few regional products, local newspapers ( SUD OUEST), andpostcards to share your memories of the island of Oleron with your loved ones!
Opening hours: in high season (July-August), the restaurant is open from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. (closed on Mondays). In low season (April, May, June and September), from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. and from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m., on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays.The restaurant is closed the rest of the year (closed the first 15 days of October, and from October 31 to March 31), with a special opening during the All Saints’ vacation (open every day with low-season opening hours).

At any time of day, our snacking offer satisfies all your sweet and savory cravings! Fresh oysters, crêpes, waffles and ice cream sundaes await you in our bar-restaurant on the Ile d’Oléron. To prevent dehydration, head to the bar and enjoy a local beer, a glass of Pineau des Charentes or a house cocktail, with or without alcohol.
